Tactics improvement

Hi, it will be really nice if someone reconsider tactic "use wings". This tactic is just a fairy-tale. You can buy only two plaers: one winger with good "cross balls" and one forward with good "head", and you can win most of the games. This has never happened in real life and it is so frustrating. I have relatively good defenders with 10 "tackling" and 8-9 "head", decent goalkeeper, and I receive between 4 and 6 goals against such teams. For me is interesting to train paleyrs with different skills, not only wingers ang forwards with "head". It is not realistic and really piss me off. If it is impossible to change tactic "use wings", it will ne nice to be chsnged capabilities of defenders and goalkeeper to stop such tactic.
